**Job Overview**

Vickerstock is working in partnership with our specialist FMCG global manufacturing client to find a Blending Technician for their production team at a state-of-the-art factory in Ireland.

As a key member of the production team, you will plan, control and carry out daily blends for production according to production specification requirements. This role involves genuine involvement in the day-to-day work and output of a busy client-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Coordinate and carry out blends of ingredients according to the production schedule and ensure results comply with batch requirements
  2. Supply finished blend to production lines
  3. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  4. Input all data, ingredient and yield information
  5. Liaise with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials
  6. Cleaning and sanitation of blending equipment in line with quality specifications

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  1. Experience in a Production environment
  2. Consistent numerical and mathematical accuracy
  3. Exceptional attention to detail

Working hours will be Monday – Friday 6am to 3pm with an early Friday finish at 11am (39 hours per week). A starting salary of €30,000 is offered, which will be reviewed once fully trained.
