Airport Operations Coordinator

The Airport Invoice Authorisation role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Finance function in a busy and demanding team environment. This is a key position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of Airport contracts within the contract management system
- Authorisation of Airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airports
- Invoice authorisation to meet weekly/monthly payment cycles
- Monthly reconciliations and analysis of Airport costs for use in budgeting and forecasting
- Assistance in resolving payment queries with suppliers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Self-motivated, flexible and dynamic individual with good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
