Digital Service Operations Manager

**Job Overview**
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support senior managers in IT service management, issue handling, and incident resolution.
- Communicate regular updates on service status, incidents, and changes to stakeholders.
- Contribute to and present service reports at reviews and governance meetings.
- Collaborate with vendors and business partners to deliver quality service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of supported services within the portfolio.
**Requirements**
- A combination of IT operations experience and strong delivery skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to manage customer relationships.
- Strong background in digital channels, with ability to translate IT into business language.
- Results-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Energetic approach with awareness of risk and compliance.
- Customer-focused background with appreciation for continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Practices and experience working in cross-functional environments.
**Team Information**
Digital Services Operations is responsible for maintaining and supporting key online channels.
We provide management, oversight, and governance for Digital Banking Services delivered through collaboration with Bank of Ireland and its partners.
