Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the accommodation department, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise cleaning staff and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their duties effectively.
- To allocate work for room assistants and laundry personnel, taking into account occupancy levels and staffing requirements.
- To implement and monitor new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the accommodation department.
- To work closely with the accommodation manager to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor or lead in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work mid-week, weekends, and holidays.
