Our client is undertaking a major ERP upgrade, impacting critical business functions including operations, logistics, distribution, and finance.

In parallel, we are rolling out additional system enhancements and infrastructure improvements to optimise business performance.

A dedicated team already manages project governance, PMO, and change management. We now need a skilled professional to lead the full lifecycle of ERP and IT system implementations, from planning to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Oversee automation initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Provide clear, regular project updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Drive execution with precision, accountability, and momentum.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in IT project management, specialising in ERP implementation and system integration.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (ERP, POS, applications, infrastructure) in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP upgrades, automation, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and communicate at senior levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
