You'll work closely with project managers and teams to understand work in progress projects and their financial impact on fixed assets and depreciation calculations. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on monthly accounting, analysis, and reporting of work in progress, fixed assets, intangible assets, and associated depreciation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in financial and management accounting and control, reporting, and analysis. Previous experience in finance within construction projects and understanding of complex fixed assets structures is an advantage.
