About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our Data Centre team based in Dublin. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing bids and pre-qualifications from initiation to completion, working closely with senior executives, management, and technical experts across the business.

Main Duties:

  • Preparing and submitting high-quality bids, including pre-qualification questionnaires, tender responses, and presentations.
  • Developing and maintaining our information library to support bid preparation and submission.
  • Managing tender queries and following up on bid decisions to ensure timely submission.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Level 6 certificate or equivalent qualification in a business or technical discipline is preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in bid management, including knowledge of preparing and coordinating bids and proposals in a suitable relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, is necessary.
