Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Care Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and leaders in providing care services to young people.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable service that aims to assist young people in reaching their full potential and integrating into the community. As a Lead Care Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care workers and leaders in providing care services to young people;
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients;
- Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on care services delivery;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care and hold or be enrolled in a programme leading to a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting. Alternatively, applicants may hold a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting. A full clean driver's license is preferred.
