Lead with Purpose

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the residential service to ensure exceptional care and support.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff to foster teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Champion resident wellbeing by promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individual planning.
  • Promote continuous improvement through quality assurance and best practice.
  • Address challenges effectively with calm, respectful leadership.
  • Model professionalism and values-driven practice in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent health/social care discipline.
  • CORU registration is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience at a similar level.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the health, social care, or voluntary sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in disability services.
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
