**Job Overview:**

This role focuses on supporting clients with complex and sensitive healthcare matters. Key responsibilities include managing cases related to wardships, mental health, and HSE applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage cases involving sensitive and complex healthcare issues.
  • Advise on HSE cases requiring strong advocacy skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on litigation-related matters.
**Requirements:**
  • A qualified Solicitor in Ireland with experience in general litigation and advocacy.
  • Advocacy experience in Circuit Court and High Court is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
**Key Skills:**
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment:**

  • Mid-sized law firm.
