Lead Radiographer - MRI, CT, Cath Lab and Nuclear Medicine Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Radiographer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Radiographer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of radiographers in specific modalities in clinical service delivery across MRI, CT, Cath Lab or Nuclear Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior radiographers and students.
  • Develop and implement departmental protocols and policies to ensure the highest standards of safety and accuracy in radiography processes.
  • Collaborate with the Radiology Service Managers to develop and implement strategic service improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of existing radiography processes and procedures.
  • Uphold and promote compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in your specific modality. Registration with the Radiographers Division of the CORU (CORU). Demonstrated expertise in leadership, clinical excellence, and professionalism.
