Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. As a CRM Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our current and future CRM strategies, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global user base.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing Veeva/Salesforce-based solutions in multi-country and multi-org environments. You will be responsible for defining high-level architecture and detailed solution designs, coaching technical design experts, and implementing processes to build harmonized global solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM solutions that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements
  • Coach and guide technical design experts on daily activities
  • Design and implement process to build harmonized global solutions
  • Evaluate data integration patterns and propose solutions

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Veeva/Salesforce-based solutions
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience as main solution design/architecture role for CRM implementations
  • Extensive experience on GDO/CORE models for CRM applications
  • Broad knowledge of Veeva CRM software package
  • Understanding of other Veeva solutions
  • Experience with Agile methodology
