Leadership Role in Financial Planning and Advisory Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of financial advisors in providing expert guidance to high-net-worth individuals. As Head of Wealth, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and implementing strategic plans, and fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of financial planning principles, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also possess a deep knowledge of the industry, including tax laws and regulations, as well as experience working with financial planning software such as Voyant.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also be a natural leader, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve outstanding results.
