Production Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team in achieving exceptional results. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical competence, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of film production, including introducing new technology, conducting standard work, training, and participating in workplace innovation. The successful candidate will be able to drive change, promote quality culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline and previous supervisory management experience in a manufacturing environment complying with FDA, cGMP requirements.
