Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced switchgear installation expert to join our high-voltage electrical team. The successful candidate will have experience installing and testing high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
Responsibilities:
- Install and test high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Develop and implement high-voltage installation plans to meet client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues on high-voltage systems and safe working procedures.
Requirements:
- Electrical installation experience.
- HV Authorised Person certificate.
- Current Wiring Regulations Certificate (e.g. 18th edition).
- Electrical degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a mission-critical environment.
- Right to work in Ireland/EU.
