This role requires an experienced Senior Credit & Collections Specialist with a strong background in Credit Management. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation regarding sensitive and confidential information. As a self-starter, you will be able to act on your own initiative, with high levels of integrity, excellence, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a large and growing debtors listing, looking to minimise debt & overall DSO.
- Ensure timely and efficient follow-up on due and overdue accounts and payments.
In this role, you will be required to work in a collaborative environment, liaising with internal finance/commercial colleagues and other personnel as appropriate to confirm details regarding customers and overdue payments. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible approach to work, with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
