Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of data management, coding, CDD, and DAP for multiple studies.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to execute pharmaceutical drug development plans efficiently.
  • The individual will conceptualize and implement scalable training models for end-to-end deliverables.
  • Quality assurance strategies will be developed by the lead.
  • Consistency across programs will be ensured through GCP and data-handling procedures.

About the Role

  • Functional activities for medium to large projects in phase I to IV clinical studies within global development will be led.
  • Activities of Data Managers will be coordinated internally and externally.
  • Strategic data management decisions and proposals will be made at study or project levels.
  • Application of consistent data management processes will be ensured, promoting standardization.
  • Data management solutions will be implemented, facilitating knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 9 years' experience in Drug Development, with 8+ years in Clinical Data Management is ideal.
  • Experience across several end-to-end studies is necessary.
