Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager Required

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's night duty operations and providing guidance to nursing and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the nursing service to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Implement and adhere to established nursing policies.
- Maintain excellent employee relations and promote open communication with relevant staff members.
- Plan and coordinate activities to provide optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Registration in the General Division of the Live Register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- A diploma in Management or other relevant post-registration management course is essential.
- Seven years' experience post-registration, three of which must have been at CNM II or equivalent level within the past five years.
- Proven clinical and managerial abilities, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in managing change and innovation.
