Job Title: Financial Services Audit Senior Manager

The role of a Financial Services Audit Senior Manager involves managing a portfolio of clients and leading a dedicated team to ensure high-quality audit work is carried out in a commercially beneficial manner. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of IFRS and excellent interpersonal, organisational, and project management skills.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of FS clients across various industries.
  • Lead a team of auditors to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
  • Formulate the strategic direction of the Financial Services team internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to resource staff on assignments.
  • Promote the firm's values and maintain an ethical stance.
  • Communicate team goals and set clear objectives for team members.
  • Recruit, promote and develop talent within the team.
  • Ensure client expectations and issues are understood.
  • Contribute to learning & development and coaching of junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with relevant FS audit experience in a Big 4/Top 10 practice environment (minimum 4 years PQE).
  • Role model within the team setting high standards of quality and demonstrating commitment to self-development.
  • Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding and technical proficiency in IFRS.
  • Fluent English language skills.
