We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II & III to join our team at our Dublin hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating care provision in our emergency department.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an emergency department setting. You must also hold a Post Graduate course in Emergency Nursing and have a minimum of 1 year's management experience.
In addition, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to positively engage with staff and patients. You must also have a proven ability to work under pressure and deal with staff at all levels within the organization.
