About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on payments and financial services regulation, as well as stakeholder engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payments and financial services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk management, and product development, to ensure regulatory alignment and effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, law, or a related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of payments and financial services regulation, as well as stakeholder engagement principles.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
