Site Administrator Role

The Site Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Data entry, material ordering, and site administration tasks including timesheets management.
- Updating weekly material registers and plant registers, with separate listings for owned and hired plant.
- Liaising with foremen to requisition materials and assist with site access control.
- Carrying out site safety inductions, registering inductees, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Assisting with snagging on site, monitoring weekly material delivery tickets, and uploading copies.
- Procuring and registering material testing information, submitting technical details to the design team, and managing environmental reporting for the site.
- Managing drawing registers, both hard and soft, and coordinating aftercare and snags onsite.
- Previous experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, or Document Controller is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, reliability, and punctuality.
