Senior Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to manage key aspects of our powerplant operations.

This is a critical role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee engine shop visits, maintenance reserve claims, and negotiate contracts within the MRO network.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in at least two major engine types (CFM, GE, IAE, PW, or RR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage powerplant activities across various aircraft lease agreements.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts within the MRO network.
  • Oversee engine shop visits and maintenance reserve claims.
  • Provide technical support for aircraft transitions and work with MROs and OEMs.
  • Keep the team informed of market and industry updates.
  • Develop creative solutions for engine optimization.

About You
  • You hold an Engineering Honours Degree, EASA Part 66 license, or equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least five years of experience in a technical role within airlines, OEMs, or leasing.
  • You have a proven track record in negotiating and managing MRO contracts.
  • You possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
