Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs and ensure they are within budget
  • Work closely with Site Agents, Operations, Contracts Managers, and Management to achieve project goals
  • Liaise externally with suppliers and customers regarding project progress and contractual issues
  • Procure materials and subcontractors
  • Monitor and track project outputs, progress, and programme
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost value reports

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Third-level Quantity Surveying qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience in a commercial surveying role. You should also possess good knowledge of various contract types, experience of cost value reporting, and sub-contract procurement.
