Job Title: Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled cloud developer to join our agile development team in Cork, Ireland. As a cloud developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software using the latest best practices.

Job Description:

As a member of our R&D team, you will build commercial products that work across numerous Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, Office 365, Active Directory, etc. You will also be responsible for taking on design activities for components and leading ownership of their success.

You will thrive in a highly agile SCRUM team, collaborating with talented professionals and utilizing state-of-the-art coding environments. We leverage serverless cloud-native SaaS solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring you work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing software using the latest best practices.
  • Becoming an important part of a R&D team building serverless cloud-native SaaS solutions using the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Building commercial products that work across numerous Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.
  • Taking on design activities for components and leading ownership of their success.

The ideal candidate should have a computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent, at least 8 years' experience working in software development, and experience in Full Stack Development – C#/.NET Core, Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker and containers.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Computer Science undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years' experience working in software development.
  • Experience in Full Stack Development – C#/.NET Core.
  • Experience working with Azure Kubernetes Service.
  • Experience working with Docker and containers.

A good understanding of modern software practices including design patterns, SOLID principles, coding standards, and agile software development practices is also required.
