Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex projects in R&D. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and driving each project to a successful conclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical Expertise: Advanced experience in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Project Management Experience: Minimum two (2) years' experience in Engineering Management, Project Management, and/or technical lead.
- Product Development Experience: Minimum five (5) years' experience in product development.
- Medical Device Development: Minimum Five (5) years' experience in medical device development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
