Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a large construction project. The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry experience, with expertise in clean room construction and fit out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to the project team, design team, and contractors.
  • Liaise daily with the project team and design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and record resources, plant, and logistics to optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform site inspections and quality control checks with contractors and client representatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience or qualification.
  • Experience in clean room construction and fit out.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working on-site, with occasional travel to project meetings and site visits.
