Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing is a pivotal role that requires strong strategic, professional, and clinical leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and governing all nursing and healthcare support staff within Social Inclusion Services.

About the Role:

This position involves leading a multidisciplinary team to develop key working relationships with colleagues in Social Inclusion, other HSE Community Services, Tusla, Acute services, and governmental agencies. The Director of Nursing must focus on improving patient experience, quality of care, and patient outcomes within allocated resources.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing general and specific services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement, and managing change to achieve organizational objectives and compliance with HIQA Standards.

The Director of Nursing is accountable for staffing structures, skill-mix, and clinical operational competence of all staff under their authority.

Key Responsibilities:
