Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full-time Renewable Energy Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily External Wall Insulation activities, managing site teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate renovation activities across six different house renovation sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets the company's standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, check for defects or deviations from approved plans, and identify any potential issues early to mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role preferably within residential construction. A secondary school diploma or equivalent, along with additional training or certification in construction management or a related field, is also required.
