Job Title: Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Generative AI team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying applications that leverage emerging technologies to drive process efficiencies and value into the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. They will also have a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a focus on creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Design and build high-quality software applications using best practices and industry-standard tools.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions.
  • Implement automated testing and deployment processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to break down high-level requirements into small, testable components.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Mentor junior colleagues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Senior AI Software Engineer Position Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in software development, preferably in a similar field.
  • Expertise in Python programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as Azure.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
