Breakfast Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen, including monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with a genuine interest in food to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food stock levels and ingredients used.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a hotel or similar role.
  • Possession of good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrate a mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
