Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite complex cases ensuring sound decisions and compliant documentation.
  • Manage portfolios, deliver on financial targets and drive growth through strong client relationships.
  • Lead portfolio reviews, contribute to underwriting strategy, forecasting and product development to enhance client retention.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in underwriting with a proven ability to manage portfolios and deliver on financial targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership qualities including the ability to mentor and support team members.
  • Professional insurance qualification (e.g., CIP, ACII or equivalent).
