About the Role

We are currently accepting applications from Social Care Workers and Leaders to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within our residential service.

Job Description

As a Care Professional, you will be working with young people in a residential setting, providing support and care to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and development of the young people in your care.

Our team works together to provide a comprehensive care package that addresses the individual needs of each young person, including education, health, and emotional support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
  • A full, clean, manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland)
  • Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
