Ethos Engineering seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Data Centre project team. As a highly skilled project coordinator/engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level project execution strategies, managing and mentoring project engineers, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

About You This role offers a hybrid remote arrangement in Ireland, requiring attendance at the Dublin office as determined by the team's schedule. A minimum of 7 years in project management or coordination, with extensive experience in handling large-scale Data Centre projects. Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of project engineers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project execution strategies to ensure successful delivery of Data Centre projects.
  • Manage and mentor project engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient resource allocation and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, representing the company in high-stakes negotiations and presentations.
  • Oversee project budgets and financial performance, implementing cost control measures and identifying opportunities for profitability improvement.
