Corporate Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing restructuring, insolvency, and debt advisory services to help businesses overcome issues they may be experiencing.

Responsibilities:
  • Restructuring and Insolvency:
    • Assessing the financial position of companies and determining the best course of action to recover.
    • Preparing detailed reports on the financial performance of companies.
    • Carrying out financial analysis and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
    • Preparing statutory reports for parties including the Corporate Enforcement Authority and the High Court.
  • Debt Advisory:
    • Overseeing specialist advisory projects such as due diligence reports and debt restructurings.
    • Assisting companies in fundraising for business development.
    • Acting in acquisitions and disposals of businesses.
  • Forensic & Litigation Support:
    • Preparing expert witness reports for litigation proceedings.
    • Preparing loss of earnings assessments for businesses and individuals who have suffered economic loss.
    • Carrying out detailed investigations into frauds that have taken place.
    • Providing forensic assistance and expert testimony in commercial legal matters.
Requirements:
  • A finalist or newly qualified professional with a strong commercial background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong IT skills to advanced level in Excel and Word.
  • Project management skills and time management skills.
  • Experience of working on technical knowledge of examinerships, liquidations, and receivership assignments.
  • Ability to identify key issues on assignments and suggest workable solutions.
