Real-Time Workforce Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Real-Time Workforce Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer support in real-time.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Real-Time Management and experience with Calabrio or other WFM platforms. They will be responsible for daily monitoring of service levels across multiple channels and languages, maintenance of sufficient schedule coverage for all modalities, and high accuracy in completing daily schedule change requests.

Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in contact center environments, 4+ years of previous experience in Workforce Management, and proven experience with Calabrio or other WFM platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for diverse stakeholders.
