Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Services Director to lead our Dublin FBO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on promoting the Signature brand, highlighting new initiatives, and raising service standards to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience. You will need a clear understanding and continual monitoring of the competitive environment in Dublin and other competing locations, conducting market research, and working with the sales team to determine growth opportunities.

Collaboration with specialist functions including Finance on budgets and P&L management, and HR on HR strategy, succession planning, team member engagement, and development will also be key to your success in this role.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with education to degree standard or equivalent OR significant related experience at an appropriate level within aviation management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully leading a business or operation, with evidence of proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the business in line with strategic aims and deliver on KPIs.

You will also have experience using data and market knowledge for decision-making and maximizing opportunities. Finally, you must be able to understand technical and financial data, including managing your base P&L.

A five-year checkable employment history is required for this position. Flexibility in working hours with some international travel is also essential.
