Faac Group has three Business Units: ACCESS AUTOMATION, ACCESS CONTROL, and PARKING TECHNOLOGY. Our Quality Control Technician works closely with these teams to drive quality improvements, implement control measures, and enhance product reliability.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products, identifying and documenting defects, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste. This role involves analysing quality discrepancies in assembly and production, investigating issues, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring or non-recurring defects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and minimize defects using PDCA methodology.
  • Comply with IPC-A-610 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Knowledge of defect analysis and recovery processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of quality documentation management, including defect reports and other related documents.
