Job Details

The Life Science and Tech division is seeking a Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor with at least six to eight years of experience in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders
  • Financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion
  • Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations
  • Assisting in the site records & document control Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement
  • Manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues
Requirements
  • Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects
  • Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leaders
