Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Analyst to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, interpreting, and reporting corporate events content for equity markets and other asset classes.
The Corporate Action Team covers all equity-related corporate events including cash dividends, rights offerings, spin-offs, divestitures, meetings, and more. As a key member of the team, you will use your analytical abilities to improve the coverage and quality of the corporate actions database by onboarding, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the data.
You will develop and increase knowledge across all Corporate Events, assist with escalated client inquiries, and apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and implement technology solutions to enhance our processes and software.
In addition, you will work closely with our Client's Engineering and Product development teams to contribute to the future development and strategic direction of the product, manage large and complex data projects related to Corporate Events, and take ownership and be active with key areas of responsibility.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject e.g. Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages; German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship building abilities
- Self-starter with demonstrable entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to work to tight, conflicting deadlines
- Prior experience or strong knowledge and understanding of corporate finance
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
