Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services within a designated centre.
  • Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date.
  • Manage staff team to provide support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Coordinate input from Clinical Team and other departmental supports as required.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members on a daily basis.
  • Oversee service delivery across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Level 7/8 Degree in Health or Social Care related field (or suitable equivalent qualification).
  • Full Clean Driver's license.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in similar health or social care setting.
