Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily loan-related activities, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, and rate fixings.
  • Manage the collection of fees and interest associated with these transactions.
  • Identify and resolve account reconciliation breaks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information, data, and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Verify and approve peer group transaction entries into our system-of-record.
  • Regularly evaluate and update procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate project status updates, activity reports, and performance metrics.
