About the Role
Leprino Foods EU Limited is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our stores and logistics department, providing statistical reports and administrative support to the Stores and Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels, re-order raw materials, chemicals, and PPE in accordance with the Production Plan and customer orders; provide regular reports and statistics on inventory levels, sales, and production; coordinate transportation activities, including storage and management of goods; assist the Stores and Logistics Manager in leading the department efficiently; maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards within the stores department.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment, with a strong background in stock management, logistics, and supervisory skills; proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel spreadsheets; knowledge of computerised stock management systems, such as SAP; ability to work effectively in a team, display initiative, and apply problem-solving skills; self-motivated and adaptable to short- and long-term changes.
