Financial Crime Analyst

Job Description:

The Financial Crime Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Compliance Team, working closely with various business areas to ensure seamless execution of Financial Crime Compliance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer & Business (KYC & KYB) onboarding/reviews and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter Terrorist Financing (CFT) monitoring.

  • The Financial Crime Analyst will work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to enhance the visibility of the Compliance Team, fostering strong relationships and driving forward-thinking solutions.

  • Accurate and timely completion of KYC/B on-boarding in line with EU regulatory requirements and internal policies will be a key focus area for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of fintech compliance, AML/CTF regulations within Ireland with an emphasis in the EU/UK market is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience in investigative roles within compliance, financial crimes, AML, risk or fraud is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial in this position, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure.
