Hotel Service Porter Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Service Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly and audio-visual equipment is functioning properly.
  • Set function rooms for conferences and events, and assist in serving and clearing after these events.
  • Assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms.
  • Provide support to other departments within the hotel as required.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure, covering shifts on 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Computer literacy.
