Job Opportunity: AIM Support Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill a full-time AIM support practitioner position in our morning Pre-school Program and lunch club. As part of our team, you will work alongside another Early Years Educator in a warm, friendly, inclusive environment.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Preschool Teacher in an ECCE classroom of 11 children.

  • Support the Preschool Teacher in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily planning, child observations, and scrapbooks.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to work effectively alongside key carers, families, children, and staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of QQI Level 5 or 6 proof of certificate is required.
  • Planned progression to QQI Level 7 is an advantage.
  • Two signed references from previous employers or educational institutions are necessary.
  • Garda Vetting will be processed as part of the hiring process.
  • Further training will be provided to enhance your skills, including First Aid, Manual Handling, and Fire Safety.
