Technical Support Opportunity For Graduates
About The RoleWe are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions
- Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines
- Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing
- Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses
- Resolve inquiries and complaints within KPI targets for individuals, team, and company
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering desirable)
- Call center or administrative experience also accepted
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally
