As a structural design expert, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of innovative structural designs for various projects. This includes multi-storey residential developments, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, and bespoke architectural structures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed structural analysis and prepare accurate design calculations and drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver high-profile and technically challenging projects.
  • Apply sustainable design practices and modern construction methods such as modular and off-site construction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Level 8 or higher).
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in structural design, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Be proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla, Robot, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Possess a solid understanding of Eurocodes and Irish Building Regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership is an advantage.
