About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles (SDLC), and hardware lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports to ensure clear alignment and accountability.
  • Work closely with the Senior IT Programme Manager to ensure all projects adhere to established governance frameworks and methodologies.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders, provide regular feedback, and engage project members and leadership to ensure they are motivated and aligned with project objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment by encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that could impact scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
