We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scientist to oversee quality assurance initiatives and maintain I.T systems within our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform the appropriate duties of a Medical Scientist, under the guidance of the Laboratory Manager.
- Lead and coordinate quality management activities within the laboratory to ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards (ISO 15189, etc.).
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key qualifications include a Senior Medical Scientist qualification, registration as a Medical Scientist with CORU, and Fellowship membership of The Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine.
